Interface discipline for software teams

Every pixel
earns its place.

We audit product surfaces, remove what nobody asked for, and keep it gone.

Services

What we remove

Three engagements. Each ends with less interface than it started with.

Interface audit

We walk every screen with your team and tag each element as asked for, tolerated, or unexplained. Unexplained elements leave.

Dependency diet

A bundle is a list of decisions somebody else made for you. We keep the decisions you would have made and drop the rest.

Click budget

Every feature gets a number of clicks it is allowed to cost. Features over budget are redesigned or retired. Nobody has missed one.

About

Deleting is a feature.

We are a small studio. We have never added a settings page and we are not going to start.

“They deleted our settings page. Nobody noticed for a quarter. Then nobody noticed for another one.”
